1. None appears for the petitioner even in the pass over round. Nobody entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner for last three occasions.

2. Mr. Chatterjee, learned counsel for the State submits that in obedience of previous order of this Court report of Officer-in-Charge, Matia Police Station, Basirhat Police District dated 17.10.2025 may be taken on record which indicates that on 24.01.2023 the interim compensation of Rs.4 (four) lakhs has been credited to the account of the guardian of the victim girl. The report is taken on record.

3. In addition, Mr. Chatterjee submits that the offence under POCSO Act is being tried by the competent Court and the matter is still pending. Thus, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this matter.
