Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than three months. Investigation is complete and there is no need for his further custodial detention.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that investigation is complete and charge sheet has been submitted along with FSL report. Prima facie, there is incriminating material against the present petitioner.

We have considered the materials on record.
Commercial quantity of contraband articles were seized from the joint possession of the accused persons including this petitioner. There is no delay in trial. We find that the petitioner has not been able to overcome the restrictions in Section 37 of the NDPS Act. We are not inclined to allow his prayer for bail.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

CRM (NDPS) 331 of 2025 is dismissed.
