This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur to dispose of the Title Suit No. 36 of 2023 expeditiously. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite party as also the learned advocate representing the opposite party before the learned Trial Judge.

Record reveals that 13th March, 2025 had been fixed for hearing on the point of acceptance of the local inspection report.

C.O. 925 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghatal to take the

hearing on the point of acceptance of the local inspection report on the next date fixed and to decide such issue as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. The learned Civil Judge is further requested to make endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit No. 36 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
