Interim bail was granted to the petitioner by a Coordinate Bench by an order dated March 14, 2024. This was done as the victim expressed her wishes to marry the petitioner. Today, we are told by learned advocate of the petitioner that such marriage has taken place. The petitioner and the victim are living together happily in their matrimonial home. In view of the aforesaid, we confirm the order of interim bail on the terms and conditions recorded in the order dated March 14, 2024.
