Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that the present applications were mistakenly filed challenging the impugned order of conviction and sentence although earlier a similar petition of appeal had been preferred against the same judgment and order and the same is still pending. Accordingly, he submits that the application may be dismissed as not pressed.

In the circumstances and on the prayer of the learned Advocate on record for the appellant, the applications are dismissed as not pressed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
