1. Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

2. Learned Advocate for the petitioner, state and the de facto complainant is present.

3. Case Diary has been produced before the Court.

4. Having taken into account the materials appearing in the Case Diary as also the age of the victim and her

statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Petitioner shall be released on such terms and conditions as the learned Special Court, POCSO Act, 2nd Court, Paschim Medinipur deems fit and proper.

6. Thus CRM (M) 691 of 2026 is allowed.

7. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the Official website of this Court.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
