Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is being obstructed by the respondent in the peaceful enjoyment of his property. To that effect, he informed the police station. In spite of informing the police station, police authorities did not take any steps.

Mr. Samanta, learned advocate appears on behalf of the State and submits that the police authorities have kept a strict vigil and till date there is no information that there has been circumstances which were blown out of proportion.

Having considered that the petitioner is aggrieved that the representation dated 31.01.2025 was not considered, the Officer-in-charge, Dhubulia Police Station will consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 5910 of 2025 is disposed of.
