C.R.A.N.1 of 2023 is an application for relaxation of a condition of the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Police filed charge-sheet.

Consequently, we deem it appropriate to waive the condition of the order granting anticipatory bail dated July 1, 2021 requiring the petitioner to meet the Officer-in-Charge, Basirhat Police Station once a fortnight until further orders.

The Court is informed that, there is an application for further investigation. Such application will be considered, obviously in accordance with law.
