Ms. Munmun Tewary ... for the State-respondent (s) The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of the directions passed in T.S. 371 of 2023 by the learned Civil Judge (Sr.Divn.), 1st Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur upon the Officer-in-charge of Patashpur police station, the private respondents have been disturbing the possession of the petitioner.

I have considered the representation made to the police authorities and the report submitted in connection with the nature of the dispute complained of.

From the report, it is reflected

that on or about 04.03.2025, the police authorities have drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS in order to prevent any breach of the peace and/or tranquility. The police authorities would oversee that the order of the civil court is not violated. To that extent, they would interfere, if there is any untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 5922 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
