The revisional application was filed challenging the continuation of Case No.CS/11174/2020 under Section 25 of Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 which was pending before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta. There has been no persuasion on behalf of the petitioners.

Having regard to the contentions so advanced by the petitioners in the present revisional application, I grant liberty to the petitioners to canvass the points agitated in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings before the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Calcutta.
