Learned counsels for the State and defacto complainant oppose the prayer.

It appears that trial is at its fag end. This day is fixed for examination of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the gravity of the offence as well as prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

However, learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The application for bail is disposed of.
