None of the respondents is within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

The cause of action pleaded in the writ petition arose outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. In view of the above, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition and to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action before the jurisdictional High Court.

Accordingly, for the ends of justice this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave to file afresh on

the selfsame cause of action before the jurisdictional High Court.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the writ petition and all points are kept open.
