We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim housewife. As per her dying declaration the petitioner had set her on fire. He does not stand on the same footing with the co-accuseds who are on bail. In view of gravity of the offence and incriminating materials on record implicating the petitioner in the murder, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
