By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the impugned demand which is an appellable order under the statute and time to file appeal has not expired. I am not inclined to grant any relief in this writ petition except granting liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal before the appellate authority in accordance with law and keeping all the points open which has been raised in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 6254 of 2024 is disposed of.
