The respondent State is represented and submits that pursuant to the filing of this petition, the petitioner received a reply to its representation.

In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition. WPA 6796 of 2021 is disposed of as being infructuous.

The petitioner is granted liberty to take all further steps available to him in accordance with law, if so advised.

It is made clear that nothing in this order will be construed as being biased on any of the authorities on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid direction WPA 6796 of 2021 stands disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
