Petitioner seeks extension of time to comply with the one of the conditions of the order granting anticipatory bail on March 11, 2020. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not possess any passport. However, such fact could not be stated by way of an affidavit and submitted before the Investigating Officer within the time stipulated due to the causes shown. State is represented.

In the facts of the present case, it would be appropriate to extend the time to comply with such condition for a period of seven days from date. IA No.:CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No: CRAN 3329 of 2020) is disposed of accordingly.

In view of this order, IA No.: CRAN 2 of 2020 (old No: CRAN 3330 of 2020) is disposed of accordingly.
