We have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

It appears from the memo of evidence that on 31.07.2020 the petitioner got married to the complainant and after spending some days in her in laws house, she went to her paternal house with 3 bhori of ornaments and cash of Rupees one lakh. It is alleged that the petitioner along with others mis-appropriated the gold ornaments and cash.

Having considered the materials on record and background facts of the case, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 5,000/- with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to condition embodied under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

CRM 2437 of 2021 is disposed of.
