None appears on behalf of the applicants. On the last occasion also, none appeared on behalf of the applicants. As it had been earlier stated on behalf of the alleged contemnor No.1, that is, the Chairman of the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation that the money will be paid in instalments, the contempt proceedings are dropped subject to the condition that the payment by way of instalments shall be liquidated in the meantime.

The contempt application is disposed of.
