Learned advocate appearing for the opposite party Nos. 2 submits pursuant to the direction of this court the deed in question has been handed over to the investigating agency. A report filed on behalf of investigating agency endorsing such fact is kept on record. In view of the aforesaid development, we are of the opinion the issue for canceling the bail and committing the opposite party to custody does not survive.

Accordingly, the application being CRM (DB) 874 of 2022 is disposed of.

All other issues are kept open.
