Petitioners were earlier released on bail and subsequently the warrant of arrest was issued against them. The case being S. C. No. 13 of 2021 is pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, FTC-1, Basirhat, North 24 Paraganas. Having regard to the fact that the petitioners were earlier on bail and they do not have any intention to evade the process of law, and because of the circumstances beyond their control they could not attend the court and warrant of arrest was issued, I direct that in case the petitioners appear and surrender before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, FTC-1, Basirhat they may be allowed to furnish their bond. An additional condition may be imposed by the petitioners that they shall be physically present on each and every date fixed by the court and shall not leave the jurisdiction of 24 Parganas North without the permission

of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, FTC-1, Barsirhat. This order will remain in force till 15th March,2024. In case the petitioners do not appear within the aforesaid date, the learned trial court will resort to harsher process of law by issuing necessary process under Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 2 was arrested during the pendency of the revisional application. Accordingly, the present revisional application and its prayer so far as the present petitioner no.2 is concerned is dismissed as not pressed.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 914 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently hereby disposed of.
