Petitioner is aggrieved that in spite of specific order of the civil Court, the police authorities are not rendering appropriate assistance to him and the private respondents are trying to encroach and dispossess the petitioner from the property.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted that the nature of dispute complained in the writ petition is absolutely a civil dispute.

Learned advocate for the private respondent no. 8 submits that against the Title Suit preferred by the petitioner and the order passed by the concerned civil Court, an appeal has been preferred which is pending. Be that as it may, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace takes place as the petitioner and the private respondents are in a strained relationship.

It is directed that the police authorities would also ensure that without an appropriate order from the civil

Court, none of the parties should be dispossessed from their respectful possession.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition being WPA 6296 of 2024 is disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
