Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the victim suffered bomb blast injuries. He refers to the statement of the injured recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He submits that, the investigations are yet to be concluded.

Considering the gravity of the offence and considering the fact that the injured named both the petitioners as the person involved, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1513 of 2022 is dismissed.
