The petitioner appearing in person submits that the allegation of perjury has been made by him in respect of a proceeding which was pending before the civil court. The petitioner (in person) submits that the same is still pending before the jurisdictional civil court.

Having regard to the same, I am of the opinion that this Court does not have any determination to supervise any dispute arising before a subordinate court exercising the powers of a civil court. However, the petitioner (in person) decides to withdraw this revisional application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 678 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
