It is stated by the petitioner that there is a delay of 89 days in preferring the CRAN application. The question of limitation does not arise in a case where CRAN application is filed for modification.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the opposite party has submitted regarding his DNA report, no such copy of the report has been handed over to the petitioner and hence, the prayer for modification. The said submission made by the petitioner does not call for modification of the order.

Accordingly, CRAN 5 of 2024 is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the trial Court praying for copy of the DNA report which the trial Court shall consider, in accordance with law.

CRAN 5 of 2024 stands disposed of.
