Ms. Reshmi Ghosh Ms. Parna Mukherjee ..for the petitioner Mr. Pantu Deb Roy Mr. Panna Lal Bandyopadhyay ..for the State Mr. Pantu Deb Roy, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that due to some disputes between the petitioner and a labour union, the work of unloading could not progress. However, ultimately the disputes have been settled amicably and the petitioner company is carrying out the work of unloading freely. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner does not dispute such fact.

In that view of the matter, there is no reason to keep this writ petition pending.

Accordingly, WPA 6267 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
