1. Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved that the appointment of the respondent nos. 7 and 8 are in absolute contradiction of the prevalent notification relating to such appointment.

3. The petitioner's representation on February 26, 2026 has not been considered. Subsequent to filing of the writ petition, the headmaster of the said school has appointed such respondents as President and Member of the Managing Committee.

4. In view of the aforestated, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation raising these issues challenging the appointment of the respondent nos. 7 and 8 before the respondent

no. 3. Let such representation be made by April 30, 2026.

5. Respondent no. 3 will consider the same and take a decision in the matter as expeditiously as possible, positively by May 31, 2026.

6. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
