IN THE HIGH COURT AT CALCUTTA
Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction 06-01-2023 Subha Item no.40 Ct no.34 CRR 682 of 2021 Sri Kalyan Krishna Nandi.
-versus- Sandip Bandyopadhyay & Ors.
Mr. Kalyan Krishna Nandi ......petitioner-in-person.
Mr. Madhusudan Sur, ld. APP Mr. Manaranjan Mahata ...for the State.
The petitioner appearing in person is aggrieved by the fact that he has not been supplied with the certified copies relating to the proceedings under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure arising out of N.G.R No. 172/19/SEM which was pending at the relevant period of time before the learned Special Executive Magistrate, Barrackpore Police Commissionerate. The grievance relates to the administration and I do not find that the petitioner is aggrieved by any judicial order. Consequently, I direct the petitioner to approach the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta who would pass necessary administrative instructions so that the certified copies are supplied to the petitioner.
Mr. Sur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appears on behalf of the State. State has got no role to play in view of the prayers which have been advanced in the revisional application. No further pendency of the present revisional application is
called for.
With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 682 of 2021 is disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
