Learned advocate for the State is present and submits that the trial of the case is still continuing. There is no adverse report so far as the present petitioner is concerned. Consequently, the interim bail earlier granted on 26.03.2025 by the Division Bench of this Court is hereby confirmed subject to the same terms and conditions as was imposed in the order dated 26.03.2025.

Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 333 of 2025 is allowed. Consequently, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
