Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the private respondents are restraining them from using the pathway to the temple. A complaint was lodged relying upon which the police has started a case by registering FIR on 6th March, 2024 being FIR 0235. The issue in between the parties appears to be absolutely civil dispute with regard to the ownership and occupation of a portion of the land.

The parties will be at liberty to approach the competent civil forum for necessary relief.

The police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace at the locale Affidavit-of-service filed today in Court be taken in Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
