The petitioners approached this court at a stage when the investigation of the case relating to Arambagh Police Station Case No. 145 of 2012 dated 16.02.2012 was under progress. Subsequently, on completion of investigation, chargesheet has already been submitted by the investigating agency and dates have been fixed before the learned jurisdictional court for supply of copies.

Having regard to the fact that there has been change of circumstances, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this stage.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 756 of 2012 is dismissed.

The report as submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Arambagh P.S. through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
