Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report of the Inspector-in-Charge, Arambagh Police Station in connection with Arambagh P. S. Case No. 144 of 2012 dated 16-02-2012. Let it be kept with the record.

The report reflects that on completion of investigation, the police authorities submitted their opinion along with the papers under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned jurisdictional court

narrating that there has been a mistake of fact so far as the investigation of the case is concerned. However, the learned A. C. J. M., Arambagh, Hooghly was pleased to direct for further investigation and the next date has been fixed on 02.11.2021. Having regard to the fact that there has been change of circumstances, since the revisional application was preferred before this court, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this stage.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 757 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
