to 9, have raised some unauthorised construction in deviation of a sanctioned plan obtained by them. The petitioner also submits that though some part of the unauthorised construction has been demolished by the Corporation on the first floor, some unauthorised construction still remains on the northern side of the relevant premises.

On behalf of the Corporation, it has been submitted that a demolition order was passed regarding unauthorised construction at the relevant premises in question and demolition work was undertaken by the Corporation on September 26, 2023, regarding the unauthorised construction on the first floor. The Corporation submits that a further demolition procedure will be undertaken by

the Corporation for demolition of the remaining unauthorised construction.

On behalf of respondent no. 6 to 9, it has been submitted that the Corporation has already demolished the deviated part of the construction and there is nothing more to be demolished.

In view of the aforesaid facts, I dispose of this writ petition giving a direction upon the Corporation to demolish the remaining unauthorised part, if any, as expeditiously as possible.

This order shall not prevent the petitioner from challenging the demolition order passed by the Corporation.

WPA 6301 of 2024 is disposed of.
