Banerjee) Mr. Partha Pratim Roy Mr. Anirban Das ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 1st Court at Krishnagar, Nadia, to dispose of Title Suit No. 200 of 2018 expeditiously. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that December 5, 2024 was fixed for hearing of the application for local inspection but the hearing of the said application was adjourned on that date and the next date for the hearing of such application has been fixed on May 7, 2025.
In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties or their
learned advocate representing them before the learned trial Judge.
In the light of the submission made by the petitioner, CO 931 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 1st Court Krishnagar to take up the hearing of the application for local inspection on the next date fixed, i.e., on May 7, 2025 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. After disposal of the interlocutory application, the learned trial Judge shall make an endeavour to see that the suit is disposed of expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
