Mr. Soumik Ganguli Ms. Indrani Roy ....for the petitioners Mr. Chandi Charan De, AGP Mr. Haripada Maity ....for the State Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioners allege that though a hearing was conducted by the Additional District Magistrate & District Land & Land Reforms Officer, Purulia on September 18, 2025, pursuant to a notice issued under Sections 56 and 57 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 vide memo No.3867(15)/ADM&DL&LRO/PRL/25 dated September 10, 2025, but the certified copy of the said order has not been supplied to the petitioners in spite of the fact that the petitioners have applied for the same.

Mr. De, learned Additional Government Pleader, submits that the certified copy will be supplied to the petitioners within the time limit as may be fixed by this Court.

The Office of the Additional District Magistrate & District Land & Land Reforms Officer, Purulia, being the respondent No.2 is directed to issue the certified copy of

the order, if any, passed pursuant to the hearing conducted on September 18, 2025, as expeditiously as possible but positively within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order subject to compliance of all formalities by the petitioners in that regard.

With the above observations and directions, WPA 6611 of 2026 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
