This revisional application has been filed seeking an expeditious disposal of the interlocutory applications pending in connection with Title Suit No. 362 of 2017 in the court of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas. It appears that two interlocutory applications, namely, one under Order 6 Rule 17 of the CPC and the other under Order 8 Rule 9 of the CPC are pending.

This revisional application is disposed of without going into the merit of the applications pending before the learned court below with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of the applications within two months from the next date fixed upon allowing the parties to contest the same.

The learned court below shall proceed in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made hereinabove.

Upon disposal of the interlocutory applications, the learned court below is requested to make sincere efforts to dispose of the Title Suit No. 362 of 2017 expeditiously.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application along with the server copy of this order upon the opposite parties as also the learned advocate on record for the opposite parties immediately.

The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
