No. 90/16-17 dated 12.01.2017 under Section 46A(C) of the Bengal Excise Act.

Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, learned counsel for the State present in Court is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let his appointment be regularized.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
