I have heard the learned counsel representing the applicant/respondent no. 3.

It is alleged that the writ petitioner no. 1 is not paying the wages from February 2020 till June 2023, although, the writ petitioner was directed to pay full wages last drawn @ Rs.3050/- from October 2013.

The writ petition is pending. I feel that this issue can be dealt with properly and appropriately in the pending proceeding.

Accordingly, this contempt application is not entertained at this stage and the contempt application being CPAN 273 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.

Liberty is given to the respondent no. 3 to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
