The balance terminal dues of the petitioner amounting to Rs. 1,63,174/- and the other arrear dues along with interest has been disbursed in her favour by the Murshidabad Municipality.

A cheque amounting to Rs. 4,40,391/- dated 11.05.2023 was issued in favour of the petitioner signed by the Finance Officer and Executive Officer of the Murshidabad Municipality.

As it appears that the dues of the petitioner have been cleared, accordingly, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further. The writ petition stands disposed of.
