Statement of the minor implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault.

In view of the fact that victim has not been yet been examined, petitioner chooses not to press the application. 4.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as not pressed.

Trial court is requested to examine the victim at the earliest.
