Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is attending the Officer-in-Charge in terms of such order. The police filed charge sheet and, therefore, further attendance may be waived.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there is no adverse report as against the petitioner as of now.

Considering the fact that the police filed charge sheet, we deem it appropriate to relax the condition requiring the petitioner to meet the Officer-in-Charge once in every week. All other portion of the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner will remain the same. CRAN 1 of 2022 in CRM 2443 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly.
