An application has been filed to pray for extension of time to surrender but the same has not been taken up for hearing yet. In the meantime, the warrant of arrest has been executed against the petitioner no. 4.

Let this matter appear for hearing under the same heading 'To Be Mentioned' on 19.03.2021.

The learned counsel for the petitioners is requested to intimate the State about the next date of hearing.
