The petitioner complains that the private respondents in violation of an order of injunction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 3rd Additional Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas in TS No.1503/22, have entered into his premises from the back entrance.

The petitioner may approach the Court below under the provisions of the CPC for violation of its order inter alia under Order 39 Rule 2A.

Gariahat Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and shall strictly comply with any order that may be passed by the Civil Court.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
