The revisional application was filed challenging the proceeding arising out of Suri Police Station Case No. 26 of 2012 dated 25.01.2012.

Mr. Sanjib Kumar Dan, Learned Advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report which was prepared by the Inspector-in-Charge, Suri Police Station, Birbhum. Let the same be kept with the record. The report reflects that as 'mistake of facts' reported, the opinion under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was filed before the jurisdictional Court. In view of the report so submitted the revisional application need not be interfered with. Accordingly, C.R.R. 773 of 2012 is dismissed. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, be hereby vacated.
