1. There is no adverse report as against the petitioner.

2. In such circumstances, the conditions of the order granting bail requiring the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Rejinagar Police Station and to provide the address where he shall be residing to the Investigating Agency as well as the jurisdictional Court and to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the police Station concerned within whose jurisdiction he shall residing once in a week until further orders are waived.

3. All other terms and conditions of the order granting bail dated March 21, 2024 will remain the same.

4. IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2025 in CRM (DB) 751 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
