1. The present application has been filed for enlargement of time to comply with the terms of a settlement report arrived at before the Mediation and Conciliation Committee, High Court, Calcutta.

2. The parties are directed to comply with the terms of the said settlement, albeit beyond time, and report back to the court that the same has been complied with. Upon such intimation being made to the court, the present application shall be finally decided.

3. It is made clear that for the purpose of compliance of the above direction, it will be deemed on an ad hoc basis that despite the time limit stipulated in the settlement report having been overshot, the parties would not be impeded in any manner from making the payments and complying with the other terms of the settlement and coming back and reporting the same to the court.

4. The matter shall next be listed on May 03, 2024 under the same heading.
