Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Tanmoy kumar Ghosh, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course I find from the records of the case that the present case being Canning P. S. Case No. 444 of 2022 was registered for investigation on 12th September, 2022.

Having regard to the time period which has elapsed since the commencement of the investigation, I am of the opinion that either the investigation is at the matured stage or by this stage, a report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed before the jurisdictional court. As no information could be furnished to this court for the present, I dispose of the revisional application with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh in case the petitioner is implicated in connection with the report under Section

173 Cr.PC filed before the jurisdictional court. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 916 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
