The present revision of the year 2020 is against a judgment and order dated 27.12.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Second Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur in connection with Misc. Case No. 28 of 2015 and T.R. No. 53 of 2015.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.
