1. The instant revisional application was filed challenging an order dated March 29, 2018 passed in Title Suit No.3050 of 2012 whereby learned trial court allowed the petition filed on behalf of the plaintiffs (opposite parties) herein.

2. Revisional applicant has not been taken any step for a considerable period of time and did not appear on December 4, 2024 and December 12, 2024.

3. Today also none appears for the petitioner.

4. Learned advocate for the opposite party nos.1 and 2 submits that, original Title Suit is under trial.

5. In such circumstances, since no steps are being taken on behalf of the petitioner, the instant revisional application stands dismissed for default.
