The petitioner has assailed the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas on 3rd January, 2024 in G.R. case no. 3648 of 2023 on the ground that the warrant of proclamation and attachment was issued by the learned Court prior to expiry of the statutory period of thirty days after issuance of warrant of arrest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by an order passed on 15th February, 2024 in Criminal Motion no.64 of 2024, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas has set aside the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magisrtrate, Diamond Harbour dated 3rd January, 2024.

In view of the above, the revisional application, being CRR 961 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous.
