The petitioners seek restoration of supply upon being discharged from a criminal case.

2. It appears that an outstanding due of Rs.59,753.69/- remains unpaid. The petitioners submit that they are willing to pay the amount in two instalments.

Once such payment is made, the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited shall restore the supply, upon the authorities being satisfied that the wirings are safe and in workable condition.
